Service Description

Counselling is a very private and personal experience. It's important to me that we get to know and understand each other, which will enable me to support you however you need. During our sessions, we will explore any details you wish to talk about. Inevitably, sometimes uncomfortable issues for you may arise. This is completely normal! My purpose is to hold space for you as you navigate your emotions. With kindness and patience, I will guide you through the counselling process. I look forward to hearing from you to take the first step towards a successful and healing union. Please note: I offer discounted rates for multiple sessions.
